Candy Beach Rules

• Check out time is at 11:00 AM. If you need to have late checkout please call.
• Check in time is anytime after 12 PM. 
• Quiet times for the park are 9 PM to 7 AM. 
  
•  We like our park to be clean so nothing hanging or extra personal items outside of the unit without permission from the owner.
  
• NOTHING except toilet paper is to be used in your unit. If you use disposable wipes do NOT put them down the pipes they will clog and we will bill you to have it fixed by a plumber.
  
• No large breed dogs without prior permission.
• No smoking outside of your RV. We do not allow marijuana use on the property. 
• One vehicle per RV site rented. 
• Restrooms may be closed during the COVID-19 outbreak- we will determine that as the situation unfolds.
• We reserve the right to remove tenants from the park for non-payment.
  
• We ask that you kindly clean up after your pet. We have bags for you to do pickup after your animals. If we find that you are not doing that we will ask you to leave.
  
• Pets are to remain in your unit unless you are walking them. They are NOT to be outside of your RV unit unless being walked with the owner. Owner is liable for any and all damage caused by a loose animal.
